This slotted spring pin, commonly called a roll pin or tension pin, is a hollow cylindrical fastener designed for press-fit installation into drilled holes for secure fastening and alignment. Manufactured from hardened high-carbon spring steel for strength and zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, it has a nominal diameter of 5/32″ and a length of 1-1/2″.
