This slotted spring pin, also called a roll pin or tension pin, is a hollow cylindrical fastener engineered for press-fitting into drilled holes to securely join or align components. Made from hardened high-carbon spring steel for strength and zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, it has a nominal diameter of 3/16″ and a length of 3/4″. The spring-loaded design ensures it stays locked in place under vibration, while chamfered ends make installation easy and precise.
