This Milton 440-3 is a 3 11/16? truck valve extension (sold in a 10-piece bulk pack) constructed of nickel-plated brass with a long skirt and a high-heat cap. It threads onto standard TR C1 tire valve stems using .305-32 fine threads, extending access to recessed or hard-to-reach valve ports common on trucks, buses, trailers, and heavy equipment.
