Description

Heavy-duty 45° elbow designed to connect flared tubing to straight-thread O-ring boss (ORB) ports in high-pressure hydraulic systems. Features a JIC 37° flare for a secure, leak-resistant seal and a straight-thread O-ring connection for superior sealing performance in fluid power assemblies. Constructed from high-strength steel for exceptional durability under vibration and high-load conditions. The 7/8″ hex design allows for easy installation and reliable service in tight spaces. Complies with ASA, ASME, and SAE standards for dimensional accuracy and performance. Operates in temperatures from -65°F to 400°F (-53°C to 204°C). Compatible with copper, brass, steel, aluminum, and other flared tubing.
