Description
This product is a 1-inch diameter flap wheel with a 1-inch width, constructed with aluminum oxide abrasive flaps bonded with resin. It is mounted on a 1/4″-20 threaded shaft for use in machines and tools equipped with compatible threaded mounts. This flap wheel is designed for polishing, deburring, edge blending, cleaning, and smoothing on concave and convex surfaces, as well as internal diameters of tubes, grooves, cavities, and contoured parts. The resin bond and aluminum oxide abrasive deliver a consistent finish and a uniform rate of cut across metals, plastics, rubber, and wood.
