    This #8 x 3/4 inch hex washer slotted self-tapping screw is a sheet-metal fastener that forms its own mating threads in thin steel, aluminum, plastics, or wood. The indented hex washer head provides a built-in bearing surface for higher clamp load, while the slotted drive allows installation with a flat-blade screwdriver in addition to nut drivers or hex sockets.
